Nova Scotians facing a cost-of-living crisis are forced to pay too many fees for basic things like renewing a license. You deserve a break from all these fees.
The Nova Scotia NDP have a plan to get rid of unnecessary vehicle inspections and license fees:
- • Waive fees for license renewals, basic identification cards, and change of name or address requests
- • Change Motor Vehicle Inspections (MVI) to every 5 years instead of 2 – bringing the province in line with most other provinces.
