Nova Scotian renters deserve an affordable place to live and fairness within the system – but that’s not what they’re getting. The Houston government is allowing the abuse of fixed-term leases while refusing to improve enforcement to weed out bad actors and prevent illegal increases.
Having a safe, stable place to live shouldn’t break the bank.
